What services does Pearls & Whiskey specialize in?
We specialize in custom color, dimensional blonding, balayage, extensions, cuts and styling, glosses, toners, treatments, and personalized maintenance services.
How do I know which service to book?
If you are unsure where to begin, start with a consultation. We will talk through your hair history, goals, upkeep, and investment before recommending a personalized plan.
Do I need a consultation before booking extensions?
Yes. A consultation is required before your first extension appointment so we can plan your color match, placement, length, fullness, and maintenance.
How much notice is required to cancel or reschedule?
We require at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. Changes made with less notice may result in the loss of a deposit, a late-cancellation fee, or a new deposit requirement.
What happens if I arrive late?
Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service adjusted, shortened, rescheduled, or canceled, depending on the service and the stylist’s remaining schedule.
Are appointment deposits refundable?
Deposits are applied toward the scheduled service when the appointment is completed. They are nonrefundable for missed appointments, late cancellations, rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice, or significantly late arrivals that prevent the service from being completed.
